Introduction to the grinding process of high-speed rotary grinder

        The high-speed rotary grinder can quickly pulverize and homogenize samples such as hard, soft and elastic. It meets the requirements of physical and chemical analysis laboratories, and can be equipped with grind cans of different volumes and materials for dry grinding and wet grinding. Freeze grinding. The high-speed rotary grinder can easily grind, pulverize and mix samples in a few seconds to minutes by irregularly impacting and rubbing back and forth in the sample tube through small balls or stainless steel beads. Materials that can be comminuted and ground include soil, sludge, plant tissue, grain granules, oilseeds, and many others. The pressure plate is separately controlled by the hydraulic cylinder piston, and the alloy blade has a certain grinding pressure. As long as the hydraulic cylinder piston is lifted up with the pressure plate, the isolation plate can be pushed out separately, which facilitates the loading and unloading or detection of the blade. A plurality of workpieces are simultaneously placed in a cage between the upper and lower grinding discs, and the cage and the workpiece are moved in parallel by an eccentric or planetary mechanism belt action plane. The lower grinding disc rotates, and the upper grinding disc parallel thereto can be rotated or reversely rotated with the lower grinding disc, and can be moved up and down to press the workpiece. In addition, the upper grinding disc can be rotated by an angle with the rocker arm about the column to load and unload the workpiece. The double disc grinder is mainly used for processing two parallel faces, one plane, outer cylinder surface and spherical surface. When the high-speed rotary grinder is used to machine the outer cylindrical surface, since the workpiece has to be slid and rolled, the retainer hole groove type and arrangement angle must be properly selected. The single-disc grinding machine has only one lower grinding disc for grinding the lower plane of the workpiece, so that the workpieces of different shapes and sizes can be processed in the same plate, and the grinding precision is high. Some grinders also have a mechanism that automatically corrects the grinding disc during the grinding process.
